The very special speaker for the October 4, 2012 meeting of the Brandermill Region Men’s Club will be Arthur S. Warren, who has served the citizens of our county for 24 years, with 4 years on the Planning Commission and the last 20 as a member of the Chesterfield Board of Supervisors, Including seven terms as Chairman of that Board. He holds a Master of Science in urban planning from the University of Tennessee and an undergraduate degree from High Point College in history and political science. He also graduated from the Virginia Institute of Political Leadership at the University of Virginia.
