Mary Beth McIntire, CEO of Comfort Zone Camp, a bereavement camp for children who have suffered loss of significant individuals in their loves. Mary Beth McIntire offers over 20 years of experience in the world of nonprofit management.

Before coming to Comfort Zone in December, 2013, Mary Beth served a number of nonprofits organizations, including the Library of Virginia Foundation, United Way of Greater Richmond and Aylett Country Day School. She also understands the importance of giving back to the community. She currently serves on the board of directors of Shirley Plantation Foundation and the Honors College Advisory Council at James Madison University. Previously, she served on the boards of The Cornerstone Community Development Center, Center for Nonprofit Excellence – Partnership Council, the Association for Fundraising Professionals, James River Writers, and Aylett County Day School.

Mary Beth holds a B.A. from James Madison University and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. She and her husband, Rob have two daughters, Jordan and Caitlin.
