We begin our fall meetings with Chesterfield County's Board of Supervisors Chairman Mr. Steve Elswick as our September speaker. Steve has an extensive public service record coupled with a strong focus on addressing Chesterfield County's current and projected requirements. As you might guess, Steve has a "full plate" in front of him in his current position so we appreciate and welcome the opportunity to hear an informal presentation covering the latest challenges facing our community.
